Maintenance  

The Palm Beach Club has a maintenance program that is implemented on a daily and weekly basis, to keep the resort as polished as its first day and maintain its status as a Silver Crown Resort.  
Guests are asked to report to Reception any breakages or missing items in their apartment.
The resort appreciates feedback from all its guests and offers an "Excellent Customer Care" questionnaire which provides staff with valuable information on how facilities and services might be improved.
Guests also have the opportunity to discuss any queries or observations by attending the surgeries with the Palm Beach Club Guest Relations Officer, held at Reception every Monday and Thursday.
Recently, the Palm Beach Club has taken a further step towards environmental awareness by installing a glass recycling bin on each floor, for guests to deposit their used bottles and jars.
