Reception  

The Palm Beach Club Reception desk is located in the entrance lobby and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  
It offers a wealth of information and services including excursions, local fiestas, maps, postcards and facilities such as car hire, taxis, DVD rental, currency and travellers' cheque exchange, ordering of flowers and cakes, rental of safes (complimentary for owners), lost property, and provision of children's cots and high chairs.
Reception staff can also open the telephone line in your apartment to enable international calls, and can arrange for you to receive a morning wake-up call. You may also contact your travel agent from the Reception to confirm your return flight.
Guests using a mobility scooter during their stay should advise Reception, who will provide information about the designated area for recharging the batteries.
Guests can contact Reception from their apartment at any time. All requests and emergencies are dealt with swiftly and efficiently by a member of the multilingual staff, day or night - a comforting thought.
