A fine golden sand beach and calm seas, located in central Playa de Las Americas, one minute walk from Palm Beach Club.  Playa de Troya is the main beach for the Playa de las Americas resort and is probably Tenerife's most famous beach.  It is well sheltered with a lifeguard service, sun loungers and parasols for hire, showers and changing rooms with restaurants, bars, parking, a taxi rank and bus stop nearby. On days when the sea is rough, large waves provide some good surfing opportunities for novices.
